We recently had our wedding down in Cannon Beach, Oregon. The night was the most magical night of our lives and I know that a huge reason why was because we hired Carolyn to be our wedding coordinator. We live in Washington and our first wedding that we had meticulously planned for over a year had to be cancelled because of this pandemic. We were so heartbroken and we finally just said "Let's just get married on the beach somewhere!!" Cannon Beach is gorgeous, but living out of state made it so we did not know the area or where to look for our vendors. We were also extremely tired from having planned a whole other wedding and we did not want to wait another year. We were wanting to plan an out of state wedding for 100 people from scratch in less than three months. It sounded crazy and maybe a tad unrealistic, but when we found Carolyn, she swept in and saved the day. We needed all new vendors and all new ideas. When I had tried emailing some vendors myself, I did not get much luck getting quotes from them in a timely manner. Carolyn on the other hand has relationships with so many vendors that she was able to establish contracts, get us connected, and get us quotes from every single vendor in only one day! She found us our dance floor, our DJ, our hair and make up artist, our florist, and our wedding cake vendor! She even had lists for other vendors that we ended up not using, but her resources and networking were key to her success and speed! She helped me plan every single second of our wedding through her collaborative timeline. She made sure that I did not forget a single detail. She also provided us with rentals for our center pieces, a bubble send off for our beach ceremony, and a sparkler send off for our wedding reception!! She helped us navigate our wedding flawlessly, even during this crazy pandemic! Any time we had a question about the state guidelines for the pandemic she was fast to respond! She even scouted out places for us to have a casual rehearsal dinner! She was so knowledgeable and so much fun to work with! It felt like we were working with a close friend. I was a very particular bride when it came to the music that I wanted played when I walked down the aisle. She made sure that each person in the wedding party started walking at the perfect musical cue. Her team was amazing and did all the set up and take down of the decorations. She created a seating chart list to have for our venue and she was just so amazing at every corner. Her attention to detail is remarkable and she really does think of everything! She even marked a spot on our cake to cut so that we would not look silly or confused when we went to cut our cake! She thought of everything, even things that I never would have been able to think of! She was amazing and we know that we could not have had the amazing wedding that we had without her. She is a rockstar. I would highly recommend her and I will be recommending her to everyone I talk to about our wedding! I don't even feel like this review is good enough for the outstanding service that we received. You will not be disappointed if you hire Carolyn and Creative Celebrations!

     

Carolyn is fantastic! We wanted something intimate, fun and non-traditional. We explained our vision to Carolyn and she made it happen! Carolyn has great ideas, connections, organization and follow through. Honestly, Carolyn will take care of all of the details (and more!) while you enjoy your special day with your family and friends. We absolutely recommend using her as your wedding planner.

     

Carolyn and her team were amazing. My daughter originally planned a big wedding in downtown PDX but 3 months before the August wedding date, Carolyn helped us to completely reconfigure to a small Micro wedding at our family vineyard. It was a very rustic setting and everything had to be brought in. It turned out beautiful, intimate, and perfectly orchestrated thanks to Carolyn and her team!

     

Creative Celebrations was there every step of the way for our wedding planning. We started working with Carolyn 12 months before the wedding. She was very helpful in getting us to pin down our vendors, who were the best. She too, was at every meeting we needed her to attend as well as very accessible by phone, email and text when questions came up. Her attention to detail, positivity and ability to listen and see our vision was exceptional.
The stress relief she and the team provide for the Bride and family, is priceless. I could not be more grateful for their expertise and desire to make our event so special.
